Directions:  
Toss rhubarb with 1 cup sugar, arrange in 9"x13" ovenproof pan
Top with cut marshmallows
In separate bowl; cream butter & 3/4 cups sugar
Beat in eggs and milk
Mix together flour baking powder and salt
Stir dry ingredients into butter & egg mixture, mixing well
Spread over rhubarb and marshmallows.
Bake 60 minutes. Servbe with ice cream or whipped cream.
