Preheat oven to 450

Line a cupcake pan with liners

Slice all raspberries but 12 and apples. Put them in a bowl. Put 12 raspberries aside.

Mix flour and sugar and add to fruit mixture. Mix until well distributed.

Roll out dough and cut 12 circles with an 8oz glass.

Press dough into liners until about 1/4 inch of liner is showing.

Put 1 whole raspberry in each cup and fill with fruit mixture.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until tart shell is golden. Remove from pan immediately and sprinkle with sugar. Let stand for 2 hours before serving.
