Directions:  
Cover potatoes and beets with water (or broth), salt and vinegar, and bring to boil. Add carrots and beans, boil 15 minutes. Add cabbage, parsley, dill, chopped onion, tomatoes,peas, celery, salt and pepper (to taste), add more water, if necessary to cover. Boil 30 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and fresh baking powder biscuits.
