Directions:  
Heat olive oil and saute onions, celery and garlic (I put mine in whole). Add brown rice and saute until lightly brown. Add water and boullion and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add lentils and tomaotes, bring back to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until rice and lentils are soft.
