Directions:  
Pour hot water in a French Press to warm it while the water is boiling. Just before you're ready to steep the tea, pour out the water and add the loose tea leaves to the press.

Boil water to 212 degrees. For black teas pour immediately over leaves and steep for 4 minutes, strain and stir in maple syrup.

If using green tea, let water cool to 160 degrees then pour over the leaves and steep for 3 minutes stir in maple syrup.
