Directions:  
process melba toast with a Tblsp on Ideal Sweetener. Put in the bottom of a shallow casserole dish or a pie plate. Puree 3 Cups Strawberries. Add 1/2 Cup Ideal and Vanilla.

In food processor, add 1 1/2 plgs of fat free cream cheese. Process. Add the 3 Cups pureed strawberry mix, and 2/3 of the prepared gelatin (see below) and process until smooth, scraping sides. Pour into prepared dish. put into the Freezer until it sets up.

To prepare Gelatin
Bloom 2 pkgs of Knox Gelatin in 1/2 C cold water (sprinkle over cold water and let sit until all water is absorbed) and heat another 1/2 cup to boiling. spoon softened gelatin into boiling water.

Puree the remaining strawberries. Add the rest of the gelatin, and 12 drops of Vanilla Cream Stevia drops. Pour over the set cheese mixture and refrigerate for several hours.
