Directions:  
stone plums
extract a few kernels from stones, skin (boiling water and rub)
plums, kernels, 400ml water into prserve pan
simmer, cook till skins soft (20mins ish)
add sugar, dissolve
boil rapidly till setting point reached (10-12 mins)
remove from heat and pot
