Directions:  
Sauté onions in a little butter and set aside.
Wisk flour in butter and cook a couple of minutes.
Add chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add brocolli and carrots and onions and cook on low for 25 minutes.
Add cheese and nutmeg and cook till melted.
