Oreo Delight

35		Oreo cookies
6  tablespoons		butter, melted
8  ounces		cream cheese, softened
1/4  cup		sugar
2  tablespoons		milk
12  ounces		120 Cool Whip, thawed
3-1/4  cups		cold milk
2  packages		instant Jell-O pudding

Mix crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl. Press firmly onto bottom of 9X13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 T milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until blenede. Stir in 1/14 c Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

Pour 3/14 c milk into bowl. Add both pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes. Drop remaining Cool Whip over pudding and spread. Sprinkle more crushed Oreos on top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
