Directions:  
Heat oil in stock pot and saute beef until just browned. Add onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, steak seasoning, pepper and barley and saute another 1-2 minutes. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium low and simmer covered for at least 1 hour or until the barley and vegetables are cooked through.
