Directions:  
Heat large pot over medium-high heat. Add Canola Oil and heat til it starts to move around. Add the chopped vegetables and stir til coated with oil, saute for two minutes. Add tomato paste and stir again til evenly spread over vegetables.

Add water and chicken base and bring to fast boil. Add pasta and oregano and cook for ten minutes. Add your frozen vegetables of choice and cook for eight more minutes.
