Gaby's Black bean soup for two

2  tablespoons		Tbs onion, finely chopped
1		clove garlic, finely chopped
1  tablespoon		jalapeno pepper, seeded, de-veined and finely chopped
15  ounces		Great Value black beans
1  teaspoon		great value canola oil
10  ounces		water
1  tablespoon		better than bouillon chicken base
2  tablespoons		chunky salsa
1  tablespoon		sour cream
1  tablespoon		Cilantro - Fresh, Leaf

Put beans into food processor and add enough water to permit processing. Process with steel blade to a coarse chop. Set aside

In medium pot, heat oil over medium-high heat and saute the onion, garlic and jalapeno until onion is clear. Add the processed black beans, the remaining water, the salsa and the bouillon. Add salt/pepper to taste

Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Gently drop a dollop of sour cream and garnish with cilantro
