Directions:  
Saute' onion in canola oil in large Dutch oven, until tender
Stir in flour and curry, until blended
Stir in chicken broth. Add potatoes, celery, carrots, parsley, and sage. Bring to boil, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
Stir in turkey, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through. Adjust seasonings, if necessary
