4  teaspoons		Hershey's European Style Cocoa Powder - Unsweetened
1  tablespoon		Fat Free Greek Yogurt - Fage Total 0%
5  tablespoons		EAS Precision Protein Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
2		Egg Yolk - Raw,s Large
1/10  fl. oz.		Butter Flavoring

- NOTE - Recipe also calls for 5 drops of butter flavoring. This does not have any nutritional value so it will not add to the nutritional info of this recipe. When creating this recipe here, I equated .05 fl oz of butter flavoring to be 5 drops. Just add or subtract drops per your tastes.
- NOTE - Make sure to have a some extra cocoa powder to roll truffles in.
Directions: Mix everything together. Add protein powder until the paste reaches a firm consistency. Put aside in the fridge for at least 30 min (or if you can’t wait 10 minutes in the freezer). Before serving them, roll the balls in cocoa powder.
