Cut into 1" pieces and roast in a 450 degree oven, potatoes, onion, celery, carrots, and garlic.

In a large pot add chicken stock and crushed tomatoes, bring to a boil then add the above ingredients, basil, chives, parsley, and cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 30 min.
