Directions:  
1.Blend together eggs, vanilla, sour cream and sweetener like Splenda.
2.Then slowly add cream cheese and butter.
3.Bake in a preheated oven at 325° F (160° C) for 35 - 40 minutes.
4.Cake will firm up as it cools.
5.Note: you can bring the carb count down further by using Stevia instead.
