mix dry ingredients together, mix oil and water together and add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Knead on a floured board for 2 minutes. Place dough in a bowl , cover with a damp towel and allow to rest for 20 minutes. take dough and devide into 10 eaqual size balls ( golf ball size ) Place on a plate and cover with damp towel and allow to rest 10 minutes. on a floured board roll out the tortillias. Place a dry frying pan on medium high heat . Place tortillia into the hot pan and cook for 30 to 60 seconds or until sightly brown and flip over to cook the other side
