Directions:

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the chopped onion and celery and sautee for ten minutes.

Add the squash and chicken stock. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes or untilthe squash is tender.

Puree in a blender and stir in the cloves and milk.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Reheat and serve.
