Directions:  
Spray 2 qrt baking pan with cooking spray. Dice apple (skin on or off, your preferance) and put apples in pan. Mix dry ingredients in bowl ( rolled oats, ground cinnamon, flour and brown sugar) add honey and stir. Put topping on apples. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
