Directions:  
Preheat oven 350ยบ Line 12 muffin cups in muffin tin. Mix Flour/salt/baking soda/cinn/nutmeg in a bowl set aside. In a seperate bowl mash 3 bananas add flax/vanilla/oil beat well add brown sugar, blend. Fold in raisins & walnuts last. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry and mix WELL. Use icecream scoop to measure amount for each muffin. Bake 20-25 minutes.
