Thoroughly mix water and canola oil. It helps if they are cold.

Stir in flour.

Roll dough into a ball.

Trace a pie pan onto a sheet of wax paper

Place the dough in between that sheet of wax paper and another.

Flatten out the dough to half an inch outside the circle.

Peel off one sheet of wax paper and flip the pie crust into the pie pan.

Press the crust onto the pie pan and carefully remove the wax paper.

Cool in the fridge while making pie mixture before baking.
