Directions:  
Place all ingredients, except cheese, in blender jar.
Blend until smooth.
Add cheese and pulse a few times to combine.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add water if needed to attain proper consistency.

I use Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Winn Dixie brand sour cream, and Kraft grated cheese in the shaker container that is 20 calories for 2 teaspoons.

For a lightly dressed salad, toss 1 Tablespoon of dressing with chopped, chilled romaine lettuce.
Also really tasty on a hamburger or as a dipping sauce with asparagus or artichokes.
