Heat oil in Dutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, zucchini and jalapeno; cook, stirring occaisionally, 6 minutes or until vegetables start to brown. Sprinkle with cumin and chili powder, toss to combine.

Add corn, chicken, tomato, broth, salt and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in lime soup. Ladle into shallow soup bowls and garnish with cilantro. Makes 8 cups.
