Directions:
I used all of the above dry ingredients to make oatmeal packs for my boyfriend to try and get him to eat oatmeal. SUCCESS! I decorated and made labels for round oatmeal containers and gave them to him as a gift :) Using the following measurements, I made poured ingredients into 12 baggies. When he's finished eating them, he gives back the baggies for me to refill. For each baggie I put 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar 1 tsp raisins sprinkle of chopped walnuts cinnamon/nutmeg to taste I use lots of different dried fruits, and sometimes I add nutmeg, or ginger, or powdered dairy creamer. To cook: Pour contents into a bowl. Add 1 cup of water. Heat in microwave for about 2 minutes (more or less depending on desired consistency). If you add milk or butter, you will have to track those separately!
