Directions:  
In a Stock Pot, Start with the oil, broth, tomatoes over medium heat and then dice the onion in. Add your favorite seasonings to this mixture with 2 bouillon cubes. Then chop the cabbage, celery, and carrots in. Then add the beans and corn. Finally add the spinich, and wait till its totally unfrozen. Let boil for about an hour then divide and freeze or refridgerate. ººChicken or Vegetable broth can be subed for the beef brothºº.
