Directions:  
Place tofu in a bowl. Shred cheese into bowl. Break up tofu with a fork until it forms small chunks. Add in mushrooms, broccoli and soymilk. Toss together. Place oil into a non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu mixture. Cook until tofu is heated through and cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve aside fruit.
