Directions:  
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place in the freezer. When the sorbet begins to freeze around the edges stir well. Continue to stir every 2 hours until it is frozen solid, cover and let it freeze over night. Before serving let it slightly thaw and puree it briefly in the blender, scoop into serving dishes and serve.
