Directions:  
Saute onion, hamburger and garlic. Drain any fat from meat, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper, put into the bottom of a prepared 9x12 inch casserole dish. Mix eggs, the remaining salt and pepper and whipping cream in a bowl. Spread jar of tomatilla Salsa over meat and cheese Mix.spread sharp cheddar cheese over salsa. Pour egg mix over top. Bake and 325 for 25 minutes or until set. remove from oven, top with pepper jack.
