Directions:  
Place sliced mushrooms in the bottom of slow cooker. Place cut up chicken breasts over the mushrooms.
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in Italian dressing mix until fully incorporated. Add soup and cream cheese until fully combined and cream cheese is melted. Pour sauce over chicken in slow cooker.
Set slow cooker on low for 5 hours.
