Directions:  
Place agave syrup, coconut water, lemon juice and xanthan gum in the bottom of a blender and pulse a few times to mix. Add frozen fruit on top. Depending on the type of blender you have, you may have to use something to push the frozen fruit down into the blades (I use the food pusher from my juicer)..Pulse several times as you push the fruit, being careful to avoid the blades with your "pusher" until the fruit is completely chopped and the mixture is creamy, like ice cream.
You can also use other frozen fruits like mango, blueberries, raspberries, etc..
