Directions:  
In a bowl combine all ingredients (turkey, 1 small onion grated,zest & juice 1 lemon, finely chopped garlic, chili flakes & beaten egg white.

Shape into 8 burgers/patties about 2cm thick.
Cover & leave in fridge for at least an hour
Heat a griddle or frying pan and using a tsp of coconut oil cook for 4-5 mins each side.
Serve with a big salad and homemade salsa.
