Directions:  
Spray a medium frying pan with PAM and lay one tortilla in pan. Next mix egg, bacon and cheese together well, and spread mixture evenly over the tortilla. Cook on medium heat until egg starts to cook and cheese starts to melt. Cover with 2nd tortilla, spray with PAM and flip, Cook other side until crisp and brown. Slide out onto a plate and slice into wedges. Servie warm.
