Directions:  
Cook squash, onions and bell peppers until tender then mash; add salt and pepper, butter, cheese and sugar. Cool this mixture slightly and add milk and eggs which have been mixed together.

Put mixutre in buttered baking dish and add cracker crumbs to top. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
