Directions:  
Cut stems off bell peppers. Take a thin slice off bottom of peppers if needed so they stand up. Save peppers and dice. Boil water in large pot. Add peppers for 3 mins. Brown beef in a skillet. Add diced peppers corn beans and sauce. Fill peppers and bske at 350 for 20 mins. Top with cheese bake 10 mins
