Directions:  
Mash ripe bananas; add apple sauce, almond milk and oats. Stir well; add
raisins, cinnamon and extract. Stir well. Pour into 8x8 pan sprayed
with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. Let sit a day
before eating. It gives the flavors time to set in.
