Directions:  
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and toast the oats for about 15 minutes. Combine ingredients but make sure the oats are cooled so the chocolate chips don't melt. Spread batter onto the sheets or make into 15 cookies. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting and serving. Makes 15 bars or giant cookies. Store in fridge for longer shelf life.
