Cheese Burger Paradise Pie

2-1/2  lb.		lean ground beef
1  cup		large onion (chopped)
1  teaspoon		of seasoned salt
5		Cloves minced garlics
3  cups		of shredded cheddar cheese
1  cup		of heavy cream
1  cup		water
1  cup		of Original Bisquick mix
3		eggs

Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
Cook beef, garlic, and chopped onion in a skillet over medium about 10 minutes or until beef is brown. Drain excess fat.
Stir in salt and spread across bottom of baking dish
Next, sprinkle the shredded cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for topping) on top of the beef
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream, water, eggs and Bisquick. Make sure you try to get as many lumps out as you can. Pour over meat mixture. Top with reserve cheese.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
