Beat egg in bowl

Add spices, quick oats to bowl.

In a food processor chop carrots, onions, garlic and celery. Add to bowl.

Add turkey and mix well. Form handball sized balls.

Line a sheet pan with foil. Preheat to 375 degrees.

Bake for an hour or until the internal temp is above 170 degrees with a meat thermometer.
