stir together cocoa powder, sweeteners and vanilla in a small bowl

shave or grate cocoa butter into a microwave safe bowl or ceramic ramekin

heat cocoa butter in microwave on high for 1 minute.

stir cocoa butter and return to microwave for 15 second increments, stirring in between until fully liquid.

add powder mixture to liquid and stir, stir, stir until fully dissolved

divide chocolate mixture evenly into 6 molds (abt 18 grams per mold). cupcake liners in a muffin tin will work.

fully cool chocolate in fridge
