Directions:  
preheat oven to gas mark 6 200c

Mix together the ketchup, chilli and crushed garlic and marinate the chicken.

cook in the oven for 20mins.

peel and chop the potato into small chunks and par boil until semi soft. drain and crush.

serve with the asparagus (cooked in the microwave 3 mins) top the potato with the cinnamon.

to make it slightly different. after peeling the potato, keep in larger chunks and once par boiled for less time, grate and sprinkle with cinnamon. make into a rossti and sautee.
