15  grams		yogurt
10  grams		clover
1  teaspoon		Cajun
125  grams		cod
75  grams		cucumber
25  grams		salad
1-1/2  teaspoons		coriander
1		pitta wholemeal tesco
50  grams		tomatoes
1/4		lime

in a bowl mix the butter (melted) and the Cajun spice. brush 1 side of the cod and sprinkle with some the dried coriander, grill for 2 mins, turn the fish over repeat with brushing the mix and coriander and grill for another 2 mins.

meanwhile toast the pitta. cut the pitta open to create a pocket, and spread the yogurt inside, add some cucumber and either the dried coriander or use some fresh sprigs.

once the fish is cooked squeeze the lime over the top and put into the pitta.

serve with green salad, tomatoes and cucumber.
