Directions:  
Melt together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon. Spread into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Lay the 5 pieces of bread on top, arranging to fit. In separate bowl, mix eggs and milk then pour on top of bread. Let sit overnight, covered in refrigerator.

Take out of oven 15 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
