Directions:  
in a small pan, heat the marmalade, orange juice, ginger and hoisin sauce, stirring until the marmalade has dissolved. then bring to the boil and cook until slightly thicken.
season to taste.

season the pork and grill for 5-6 mins each side.

put the potato in a pan and boil until tender, drain and crush with a fork. season.

put the broccoli in the microwave and cook for a couple of mins until tender.

serve the pork with the sauce, potato and veg.
