Directions:
1
Boil Fettuccini Noodles in large pot; cook until tender.
2
Drain noodles; do not rinse.
3
Pour Alfredo Sauce onto noodles; use less sauce, as desired (I prefer to use about 3 cups of sauce). Stir well.

CHICKEN PREP:
1
Cut Chicken Breast into 1 inch cubes, removing unwanted or excess fat.
2
Rub Italian Seasoning onto cubes of chicken breast.
3
Mix White Wine and Olive Oil in large saucepan, and place on medium heat.
4
Pour cubed chicken breast into white wine & olive oil mixture, and cover.
5
Cook chicken breast, covered, until surface is cooked by the steam.
6
Remove lid from chicken breast, turn heat to "high"; cook over high heat, stirring frequently, until sauce has cooked onto the chicken.

FINAL PREP:
Serve 1/4 cup chicken on top of 1 cup noodles.
