Description: This recipe is Texas style with baked beans. It is one of my favorite chili recipes ranking right up there with my white chili recipe. Prep and cook time is approximately 30 minutes so its an easy meal to prepare enjoy and Live well til next time.

Brown and crumble meat in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Remove meat, reserving drippings in Dutch oven. Add chili powder, pepper garlic and onions to Dutch oven and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cook 3 minutes.

Return meat to Dutch oven. Stir in broth and remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add mesa flour for desired thickness (I like my chili thick and hearty) and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or my cornbread muffins, which can be found in my upcoming cookbook.
