Set aside last 1/2 c. coconut oil, 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa, stevia, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 2 scoops protein for the frosting
2)Combine all dry ingredients together in large bowl including zucchinni

Combine all wet ingredients after beating eggs

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix on low speed for 3 minutes

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Allow to cool completely

Make frosting with last 5 ingredients melt coconut oil and mix in unsweetened cocoa, protein, vanilla, and stevia
