Spray ramkins w nonstick cooking spray

In a large bowl whisk together eggs, truvia, vanilla, salt and almond milk

Slowly whisk in the protein powder and coc flour. Beat well until no lumps remain. Mixture should be thin like pancake batter

arrange raspberries in the bottom of ramkins and top each w the batter

Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set and light brown. Serve room temp or warm.
