Directions:  
Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat oil in pan. Scramble egg and dip each piece of veal in egg and coat in bread crumbs. After coated, saute veal in pan until golden brown. Remove veal from pan and place in baking dish. Cover with marinara sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in oven until sauce bubbles and cheese is melted.
