Directions:  
Cook perogies, according to directions
Cook bacon until crisp. drain on paper towel, then crumble
Clean skillet, add oil and onion. Cook until tender, add chopped cabbage and seasonings. Cook 2-3 minutes until tender crisp, stirring occasionally.
Stir in horseradish , mustard, and 1 tbsp. water. Bring to boil. Fold in bacon and parsley. Serve over cooked perogies.
