Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 cut spaghetti squash in half and bake for 45min let cool on counter approx 10-15min string the squash using a fork (scrape the fork along the side of the squash from side edge to center) Pour a thin layer (1/2cup) of Pasta Sauce into a round pyrex backing dish spread 2 cups of spaghetti squash onto the sauce sprinkle 1/2 cup of broccoli slaw over the squash layer 1cup of spinach on the slaw sprinkle 1/8 cup of cheese over the spinach evenly pour 1cup of pasta sauce over the cheese and layer remaining ingredients top with cheese and cover to bake at 350 for 15min (uncover for the last 2-5min to brown cheese) let stand 5-10min before serving serve into bowls and enjoy!
